Possibly the best and fabulous stay in an attractive town. Amicable staff, well-appointed rooms with very attractive interior. - An excellent restaurant with very good food.

All in all, very good value for money. Placed within 55 minutes' car ride to Ubeda. It was definitely 4 stars for us.

The hotel is located near the center of a quiet neighborhood. the room is comfortable with a good bed size. This hotel provides a cozy and peaceful stay in Santa Cruz De Mudela.

Staff very nice and friendly except for one grumpy old man

The room and bathroom were lovely but could have done with extra pillows.Pool area was beautiful and set right next to a wonderful old church.

We stayed at Casa Palacio Natur during our journey from the northern ports to the costas. It was a great find for us, as it is dog-friendly with a private car park. The Spanish ambience and lack of British tourists added to its charm. The staff, although speaking limited English, were friendly and helpful. The furniture may be a bit dated, but it suits the overall style of the hotel. It's a perfect stopover, and we would definitely use it again and recommend it to others, especially dog owners.

Excellent hotel in a lovely village, Tapas was generous, dinner very good. Staff very friendly and very clean. There is a swimming pool. You do need to have some knowledge of the spanish language as only one member of staff spoke a little english on reception. Would recommend this hotel

The historic building had been tastefully furnished in keeping with it's age

We enjoyed the charming and traditional atmosphere of the hotel. The courtyard and swimming pool were beautiful and added to the overall ambiance. The free WiFi was a plus and allowed us to stay connected during our stay. The secure parking within the complex gave us peace of mind knowing our car was safe.

Our room was located next to a noisy room with machinery running all night, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The bed was not very comfortable, and the bathroom was in need of modernization.

The hotel was pleasant and charming, it exceeded all expectations, I appreciated its stunning location near to good restaurant all in all, a the centre of a quiet and the old church. The breakfast had plenty of selection, the food was reasonably priced. This was my second FAB stay here and I would happily return.

Convenient location for transit to north Spain , room was comfortable staff pleasant and had command of the English language.

the staff was pleasant which made me feel welcome. had climate control and a flat-screen tv with satellite channels in my double room. i thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast, specially coffee and bread.
